An introduction
It's time to go on an adventure....
The snack aisle can be daunting
How many times have you walked by the snack aisle with wandering eye, searching for something that catches your attention, only to feel overwhelmed and decide not to grab anything, or to just reach for the chips.
Every time we enter that aisle we are presented with a myriad of options; full aisles covered with dozens of different chips, gummies, granola bars, peanut butter cups, kale chips and whatever new trendy ingredient it’s doing is rounds at the moment.
With so many available options and new ones arriving almost on a daily bases to the shelves, it's understandable for us to feel overwhelmed and completely lost on what we should try. Even though it’s not a major decision that could alter the course of your life, we also don’t like to be wasting our money carelessly if we can avoid it.
The Paradox of Choice: The more options and opportunities we have, the less satisfied we become with whatever we choose.
The whole idea of “Don’t Forget the Snacks!” is to broach that subject: is that snack good? How is that drink?
I personally love snacks and drinks; I’m always looking around the aisles for anything that seems appealing to me and I’m always open to give it a try - sometimes it’s great, other times… not so much.
What should you expect of this newsletter ?
Don’t Forget the Snacks will work as a space to showcase and review different drinks and snacks that you can find in your local market or nature store. Primarily focused on healthy options, each post will also be categorized with a tag to make it easier to identify certain nutritional categories such as:
Protein
High in Fiber
Vegan
Keto
Gluten Free
Dairy Free
No Sugar Added
Plant Base
Probiotic
As we explore new products the tags will increase to make the navigation more efficient.
Alongside the standard product overview I will also be creating compilations and other articles related to recommendations according to dietary needs or preferences.
As I get into the groove of things, expect to see different methods to rank or talk about the items. I haven’t done written reviews before so I’m expecting the first posts to be rough.
If any of this sounds interesting to you, consider subscribing. The first reviews will come up soon!
See you on the next one !

Subscribed on sight. This is vital work you're doing.
